How to hook a B&M Z-Gate Shifter to transmission on 1979 Bronco?

I am installing a B&M Z-Gate Shifter in my 1979 Ford Bronco and I have no idea how to hook the brackets and shifter cable up to the transmission. I don't know which levers or brackets to take off of the transmission and where to install the shifter brackets and cable. It is a C-6 transmission. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
