I got an accident last September; that's the other person's fault, the insurance?

has paid me for repairing the car. I went to a chiropractor because my back hurt and painfull; the doctor sent the bill to the insurance, but the insurance did not want to pay the full amount of the bill. Dr has already reduce the bill from $1935 to $1500; but insurance just want to pay $1025 for the doctor and $1000 to me for painfull and suffering. What should I do? Please help.
