im an 18 years old and male with 1.74 height. until the age of 17 i was 95 kgs ( only fat) . i lost 20 kgs in 5 months and i was 75 kgs....after that i started muscle training until today ...in the last 2 months ive been putting on fat cz im in the army and i dont have a really active program.today i weighted myself and i am 86 kgs.should i start dieting right now or is it better i continue doing pushups and pullups until i get enought muscle?
