Pretty good chances. Sperm typically live 2-3 days, so yesterday's activity would last to fertilize today, in some cases if fertile cm is present sperm can live even longer like 5 days so there is a good chance of conception, however I would BD again today and tomorrow just incase your LH surge was today and not yesterday indicating Ovulation occurs today or tomorrow..
