Kelly Clarkson concert? What does it mean when they said "THIS IS NOT A CONCERT TICKET!" what does that mean?

Well if it says "THIS IS NOT A CONCERT TICKET!" I would probably start searching for one on Ticketmaster. Hope this helps :D
