Why Are These Chinese Girls Kicking Each Other?

Well you see... there's this little catholic school up the road, and every day during recess, I'll walk by the school and I see these groups of chinese girls tered around the playground, and for 30 full minutes, they take turns kicking each other in the shin! Why are they doing this and how can I get them to stop?
