Has anyone gotten a call back from Menu Foods regarding the pet recall?

I left a message with all my information last week and they said a representative will call be back within 72 hours. I just want to know if they are reimbursing for vet bills incurred for pet's who got sick and had to be hospitalized for eating the tainted food. If anyone had a similiar experience and actually spoke with a representative regarding this, please let me know. Thank you.
