How well would an Intel GMA X4500HD work with games compared to NVIDIA 9400M GS?

I am wondering how well the Intel GMA X4500HD will work with games that demand some amount of video. I know how well the NVIDIA video cards work with games. If I knew how well the Intel one worked with games like The Sims 3 or games that were made on Unreal Engine or how it compared to the NVIDIA 9400M GS on games.
