What is the laws about minors giving there consent without parents permission?

I live in Colorado, My kids are in foster care under false allegations, we have are parental rights but my 15 year old son gave his consent to leave the state with the foster parents without our permission is there any laws that prohibit that, I know they can go to court on it, we never got any notification for a hearing for that purpose
