What looks better a diploma from a public school in the USA or a diploma from a private school in colombia?

I am going into my junior year. I have lived in the united states since i was 3 and last year i was sent back to bogota colombia to continue going to school there then I was brought back to the USA and now I might have to return to colombia in a year. So i was wondering which one would look better if I decide to Apply to a University here in the United States. your help would be greatly appreciated, thank youuu
