Worried about my mum - help please?

I would of sneak a nurse over or have ambulance to come and get my mom with out letting her know because if she can't get her but up to go to the doctor for a check up I will find some kind away to make it happen and that's because I love my mom,I want to thank her for helping,taking care of me,I want her to live longer and now it's my turn to take care of her and by why I'm her nurse and get paid by the government for taking care of her.
