I need help on my research paper about the 2011 budget plan for Wisconsin.?

So first of all I am for it and so far have only one point about how tis will benefit our future. Now i want to talk about the collective bargaining rights and unions but have one question. Why are unions so horrible? Of all the sites I've looked for they don't give me a clear cut answer. Please and thank you!
